FILLMASTER R18

The Fillmaster R18 is a counter pressure bottler for CO2-containing drinks. It has 18 stations: In the outer six stations, the bottles are rinsed with water before filling. The filling takes place in the rear six stations and the six middle stations close the bottles with crown caps (optionally ø26mm or ø29mm). The bottles are filled under CO2 back pressure of up to 3 bar. The bottles are automatically pre-evacuated by a built-in vacuum pump. To better control the filling process, the bottles are illuminated with LED lamps. The filling process automatically stops the filling process when the desired value is reached by the control. All process-relevant parameters can be set via the control, which guarantees reliable reproducibility of all parameters during the entire filling process.

The Fillmaster R18 is equipped with high-quality swivel castors so that it can be moved.

FILLMASTER RS18

The Fillmaster RS18 is a counter pressure bottler for CO2-containing drinks. It has 18 stations: in the outer six stations, the bottles are rinsed with water before filling and in the rear six stations the filling takes place. Crown caps are automatically fed to the six middle stations to seal the bottles with them.

The automatic bottle cap feed is currently only available for bottle caps ø26mm!

Fillmatic S

The Fillmatic S is a counter pressure filler with which CO2-containing drinks can be filled under counter pressure of up to 3 bar. To better control the filling process, the bottles are illuminated with an LED lamp. The filling process automatically stops the filling process when the setpoint is reached. All process-relevant parameters can be set via control, which guarantees reliable reproducibility of all parameters during the entire filling process.

It can be used to fill glass bottles (0.25l to 0.75l), siphons and barrels (5l); PET bottles on request. The filling speed can be continuously adjusted from 0.5 to 2 l / min using a throttle.

About 150 bottles of 0.5l each can be filled per hour.

FIllboy

The Fillboy is a counter pressure filler with which CO2-containing drinks can be filled under counter pressure of up to 3 bar. Filling is carried out by a filling head, which is placed on the bottle with a lever. The beer line is opened manually using a ball valve. When the desired filling quantity is reached, the ball valve is closed again manually. To better control the filling process, the bottles are illuminated with an LED lamp.

It can be used to fill glass bottles (0.25l to 1l), siphons and barrels (5l); PET bottles on request. The filling speed can be continuously adjusted from 0.5 to 2 l / min using a throttle.

About 80 bottles of 0.5l can be filled per hour.

Korkfix S

With our corker, beer and other beverages in 0.33l and 0.5l glass bottles with crown corks with a diameter of 26mm, can be closed. The bottle caps are filled into the upper container. With each corking operation, a crown cap is released and slips under the cork stamp. The cap is closed by pressing the crown on the bottle mouth using a cylinder and thus sealing it. For security reasons, the corker has two-hand operation by means of two push buttons, which are attached to the right and left of the housing.

Rinse station (Rinser)

Our flushing station for bottles is supplied with two flushing heads. She rinses the bottles with cold water.

The bottles are placed on the holders by hand, then they are operated manually using a push button. The duration of the rinsing process can be set between 1 and 10s.

On request, we can also manufacture the flushing station with four flushing heads.

CAN SEALER

Cans can be sealed with our can sealer. After filling the can, place it in the device and put the lid on. The can is closed by two flanging rollers. For safety reasons, it is operated as two-hand operation using two buttons that are attached to the right and left of the casing.
To adapt the can sealer to the cans you are using, we only need a few cans as samples.

DRUM CLEANER

With the barrel cleaner, beverage barrels of different sizes can be cleaned. The pump control is designed for intermittent pump operation. It is cleaned with a rotating CIP spray ball (ø20mm). There is a switchover option for rinsing with clear water. The device switches off automatically when the drum is removed. The barrel epee must be removed before cleaning.

Hop Rocket

With our hop rocket it is possible to upgrade finished beer in fermentation tanks with hop cones or pellets.

The hop rocket is first filled with hops, then sealed and connected to the fermentation tank by a pump (this is not included in the scope of delivery). The cold hop takes place through the circulation of the beer. A built-in filter retains larger particles.
